Our services are currently suspended. Please contact for further information. All current bookings are still going ahead.

PLEASE NOTE: due to high demand we do not except last minute bookings, we need at least 1 – 2 weeks notice to avoid disappointment. You are welcome to enquire last min to see if we have a cancellation.

We will NOT except bullying of staff or difficult behaviour when booking or when you have your treatments or after. Once you have paid we have the right to refuse your appointment with no refund. We also have the right to refuse future bookings with the same attitude. We want to keep the wellbeing of all staff safe and secure.

Once you have booked any treatments we do NOT give refunds. As you can appreciate we would not be able to fill that appointment easily once paid your appointment and payment is locked in. If you can’t make the appointment please contact us ASAP as it takes time out of our schedule and therapists are there especially for your appointment. So before you book please think carefully before you commit to your booking.

Alternatively if we are given reasonable notice we can give a credit note for the amount paid for when you visit one of our locations again at another date (a limited date of 1 year will be on the credit note).

We do not offer vouchers. You are welcome to book and pay for someone if you wish.
