Yoga & Workshops for the above retreat packages
Yoga (Hatha/Ashtanga) 1h – 30min. A truly amazing experience to be in nature unwind and be taken away to a deeply relaxing place.
Workshops (1hr – 1h 30 min depending on the workshop) Our practitioners are top in their field, experienced & knowledgeable.
– Raw (good for you) chocolate! -100% natural 100% pure nutrition. You will be shown how to make different combinations & flavors.(demo class try & taste)
– Raw/Vegan organic food class – You will be shown some beautiful and delicious combinations of healthy cleansing food. Pure nourishment for the body.(Demo, try & taste)
